Rice Krispies Squares

 This was part of the Rice Krispies Square’s campaign “It’s all lies”. The campaign is all about telling outrageous lies about the product, before reminding people that nothing we say about the bars is true since they aren’t even square in the first place.

My creative partner at the time and I landed on this script about a chocolate sculpture in Donny. Needless to say it was a lot of fun to make, which to the consternation of 2 or 3 people on YouTube was not shot in fact in Doncaster with a local news crew, but in Bethnal Green with Mark Denton, along with some extra footage shot by Fern Berresford. 

The extra content served people online who had already been shown the main ad.

Hilariously it even became an exhibit at Doncaster Museum. Not even lying. Undoctored evidence below:
